You pull the interior door panels off, just like on the front.  You need to pop out the black plastic trim piece around the door handle.  You can usually pry the panel off with a screwdriver or the cheap tool they sell at Pep Boys or other auto parts stores.  I can’t remember if there are any screws you need to remove in the door panel.
