‘93 XLT, auto, 52K miles. New engine at 20K (coolant loss) Shocks replaced at 20K (normal wear? Monroe Magnum Sensitrac) New heads on new engine at 35K (coolant loss) Bushings replaced twice. Radio repaired (clock and presets were reseting) Radio replaced (clock and presets were reseting) Radio repaired again (clock and presets were reseting) Water pump replaced (coolant leak) Front brakes replaced at 35K (normal wear) Tires replaced at 47K (normal wear, with Michelin LTX M/S) Currently loosing coolant again. Runs and drives great. Bob

I own a 92 Explorer.  Nice vehicle.  I am told that there was a recall for a part in the suspension that will be replaced for free.  Heard anything about this?

FYI: The ’92’s had a recall on the control arm bushings.
