On the 2000 Explorer XLT you can get the XLT Sport Trim package (47E) which includes the 16" wheels and tires and the 4.10 rear end. The package also includes the body colored grill, the Eddie Bauer/Limited fender flares in platinum, platinum colored front and rear bumpers, and the step bars from the XLS 4 door. It makes the 4 door look like a Sport with the Premium Sport package. The fender flares have the lip like the Eddie/Limited’s fender flares. Looks quite nice. No chrome on the bumpers. You can. I believe the Eddie Baur comes standard with them, and the EB only comes in a 4 door. I am certain I have seen some XLT’s with them as well. Robert Share what you know. Learn what you don’t.
